By visiting our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms & Conditions and shall be bound by all terms herein and in our Terms & Conditions.

Identification and Contact information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, demographic information like your gender and birthday, when you are willing to provide them, for instance, to sign up for a Club Nomad Membership.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (for instance credit card details, bank account numbers, PayPal account details or other payment details which you must provide to receive products or services you have ordered from us), email address, and phone number.
We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
If you choose not to submit any personal information when requested to perform a contract, or when required by law, you will not be able to receive the product or service you ordered or otherwise register on our website.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

You can not opt out of receiving transactional emails related to your account with Soul of Nomad.
7. DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
8. IMPORTANT NOTICES TO NON-U.S RESIDENTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

9. CHILDREN
Our Site and apps are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children without permission from a parent or guardian, unless permitted by applicable law.
You must be at least eighteen years old to provide us with your personal information and eighteen years old to engage in transactions on our Site. By engaging in transactions with us, you affirm that you are at least eighteen years old and are fully able to enter into and be legally bound by such transactions.

10. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

14. SECURITY

The use of cookies by our partners, affiliates, tracking utility company, service providers is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have an access or control over these cookies. We do not tie the information gathered to our Customers’ or Users’ personal data.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
