All of our Golf Bags are meticulously handcrafted at our factory in Italy. We are proud to offer our customers the option to work with our concierge team to personalize their bags. However, please note that due to limited production capacity, we are only able to produce approximately 50 bags per year. As a result, there is currently a 2-month waitlist before your order can enter production. Rest assured that we dedicate 60-90 days to create each custom golf bag with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Please contact our concierge and they might help you to expedite your customer order.
Product Care
We suggest following these product guidelines:
Avoid scratching or rubbing your bag set against rough surfaces and use special protection case included with your set.
Please, note the all fine leather products are vulnerable to humidity and direct sources of heat. Make sure you don't place your set close to radiators or leave in the car cabin under direct sunlight.
Keep your bag away from the contact with liquids, hand sanitizers, make-up, and perfume.
Please clean your bag by gently wiping the leather with provided cloth and leather cleaner.
Store your bag properly by placing it in the signature bag that comes with your purchase. Please make sure to store your bag at room temperature, under non-humid, and ventilated conditions.

Shipping & Returns
Soul of Nomad offers complimentary shipping and returns for all U.S. orders via UPS and international orders via UPS or DHL. Some limited edition drops or collaborations are not subject to free shipping and fee will apply. We ship from US or Italy.
The return window for online purchases is 20 days from the delivery date. Please note that complimentary exchanges are only available for domestic U.S. and European Union orders. For other regions, the extra charge will apply.
